Villa Eva Introduction

Spacious yet cosy at the same time, the single-storey Villa Eva is a great place to relax, thanks to its pretty gardens, bright interiors and location on a quiet street in a residential part of Binibeca. When you want to venture out, there is a beach within strolling distance and bars, restaurants and shops a five-minute walk away.

The enclosed gardens are a real highlight, providing a beautiful setting for taking it easy. Well stocked with trees and palms and adorned with flowerbeds and rock borders, they provide plenty of attractive spots for sunbathing. The pool lies in the middle and nearby a brick-built barbecue sits in a secluded corner with a stone table and benches alongside for outdoor meals. The finishing touches come from two furnished terraces - one covered and one open - and a blue tiled garden bench overlooking the pool.

The interior is welcoming, with wide archways linking the airy lounge, dining area and kitchen. The décor is simple and uncluttered, with white-painted walls and terracotta tiled floors linking the three spaces. In the lounge, a whitewashed fireplace combines with an attractive blue-and-white colour scheme to create a cosy sitting area. The blue-and-white theme continues into the kitchen, with smart white units and blue wall tiles.

The three bedrooms are all tastefully decked out with a mixture of pale blue, pink and yellow bedspreads, white walls and cheerful curtains - making them feel cool and fresh.
