Villa Vela Eduard Introduction

Close to the cobbled centre of Binibeca Vell, this smart bungalow is ideal if you want to be near a beach and all the holiday amenities. A five-minute walk gets you to the restaurants and bars of the village, while the beach itself is only a few minutes away by foot.

In terms of the villa itself, it has only been built recently, so it is all very fresh and modern. Menorcan-style, gravelled gardens studded with glossy palms and rockeries surround the front, while the pool sits to one side, bordered by a sunbathing terrace offering glimpses out over the Mediterranean between the rooftops. Completing the scene is a covered terrace with a fantastic, pillar-set barbecue and patio table which provides all the ingredients you need for enjoying the simple pleasures of preparing home cooked alfresco meals.

Inside, you will find bright, whitewashed interiors, with minimalist-style furniture and chic, dark terracotta tiled floors. The open-plan lounge and dining room sets the scene, with elegant cream sofas teamed with sleek glass tables and patio doors leading to the front terrace and pool. The well-equipped kitchen is equally modern and practical, with a dishwasher to make your stay extra relaxing.

As for the bedrooms, there are three in total - a double with an en-suite shower room and two twin rooms. All are furnished in unfussy, modern style, with low-profile beds and crisp, pale wood furniture.
