This striking villa enjoys a great location in Binibeca Vell. Overlooking rolling countryside and the Mediterranean in the distance, it sits in a peaceful spot yet is within easy reach of the shops and restaurants of the village. Better still, the beach is just a five-minute car ride or 15-minute walk away.

The most striking feature of the property is its simple, modern, single-storey design, which centres on an open-plan layout. Step inside the front door and you will find a huge lounge, dining area and kitchen all rolled into one. Two sets of wide patio doors come together with understated, contemporary furniture to create an exceptionally light, airy and spacious feel. Inviting sofas sit at one end, twinned with a minimalist dining table and chairs in the centre and a chic and sleek kitchen at the other. The whole space is well equipped, too, with everything from a washing machine to a satellite TV and DVD player at hand. Just off this room are the three bedrooms. More traditional in terms of décor, they are as equally bright and welcoming, with each featuring patio doors leading into the garden.

The pool sits at the front of the villa, reflecting its design in its long, rectangular shape. Wide terraces line the water and the owners have supplied a portable barbecue and patio table and chairs, so you can enjoy feasting on your delicious home-cooked meals in the open-air while admiring the views.
