Costa Volcan Apartments Introduction
Staying at the Costa Volcan Apartments provides a great combination of relaxation and value-for-money. Plus the location’s very good, too. It’s in a relatively quiet spot that’s just off the promenade between the Old and New town of Puerto del Carmen. It’s a two or three minute walk to the seafront and well worth the small effort with a huge stretch of fine, golden sand and postcard-worthy turquoise waters. It’s also close to all the bars, restaurants and nightlife of this fun-loving resort. But it’s far enough away not to disturb a peaceful night’s sleep. Back at base, the centre of attention is the swimming pool. There’s also a children’s section, in addition to a poolside snack bar so it’s easy to just sit back and relax for the day. Alternatively, for something a bit more energetic, there’s table tennis and a games room. But if you’re after something a little more relaxing, head to the spa. This oasis of well-being comes complete with a sauna, beauty treatments and a Turkish Bath. The apartment’s exteriors are fairly generic but lush vegetation and flowers help add a bit of character. Inside, however, they’re a fuss-free yet comfortable set-up with white walls and simple wooden furniture. Completing the picture are satellite TVs, private balconies or terraces – some of which have a sea view – and kitchenettes that are more than adequate for preparing snacks and light meals.
