Villas Mediterranean Coast Introduction

Surrounded by lush gardens and offering beautiful views over the Akamas Mountains and sea beyond Latchi, these two comfortable villas make great holiday retreats.

Although modern, each one echoes old-time Cypriot design with its whitewashed walls and blue woodwork. Inside, everything is bright and airy with patio doors and picture windows flooding most rooms with light. Each large lounge and dining area, for example, features sliding doors to the pool area, so you can enjoy the views from the comfortable sofas or during meals. Leading off from here is the kitchen, which is fully fitted with the essentials including a dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with doors out to the pool terrace. A family bathroom sits next door, while upstairs is the twin bedroom, which offers an en-suite shower room and doors out to a large verandah.

Outside, the pool terrace takes pride of place, providing a secluded place to relax. Wooden sunloungers line the poolside and close by is a covered terrace housing a dining table and barbecue. Elsewhere, a pathway leads through rockeries to a picnic-style eating area with a thatched parasol - the perfect spot for enjoying the views over a glass of wine.

The villa stands in a convenient, country location just a few minutes' drive from local beaches and the traditional village of Argaka. The shops, bars and restaurants of Polis are also only ten minutes away by car.
