Villa Prenga 8 Introduction

This pretty property is ideal for a relaxing getaway. Situated close to the Villa Prenga 6, it sits on the fringes of the traditional village of Neo Chorio, giving you a great chance to sample local life and explore the beautiful countryside of the area. Plus, you will find friendly tavernas close by and attractions like the Baths of Aphrodite a short trip by road away.

Another attraction of the villa is the lovely pool area. Offering relaxing views over the Akamas Mountains towards Latchi harbour, it is fenced for privacy and flanked by sun terraces on every side. Potted plants add a dash of greenery and you will find sunloungers, a canopied dining area and stone barbecue near the water. A few steps above is a charming arched and balustraded terrace - providing yet another place to relax over drinks and meals and soak up the views.

Inside, the villa is arranged over one storey and bright and modern throughout. The good-size, open-plan kitchen-diner is fitted with a washing machine and microwave, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Next to it is a light and airy sitting area, set with welcoming sofas and a TV and DVD player.

Completing the accommodation is a shower room and three attractive and air-conditioned bedrooms. The master double is the pick of the crop, however, with a delightful four poster bed draped with white canopies and its own ensuite bathroom.
