Situated on the Egyptian coastline, not far from the Montazah district and Sharm el Sheik, Nabq Bay is becoming increasingly popular. This Egyptian village may be small, but it’s perfectly formed. Thanks to a 1.5km stretch of golden sand and a number of five-star hotels, there’s plenty to offer visitors. Available activities include snorkelling around the Maria Schroeder shipwreck or visiting the Naqb National Park. There are plenty of souvenir shops in the area and a first class selection of restaurants and bars offering everything from fast food to traditional Egyptian cuisine. As it’s a fairly new tourist hotspot, there is still a very rural feel to Naqb Bay, making it a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of a larger resort.
