How to find the No1 Birmingham Lounge?
To find the No1 Birmingham lounge, proceed through passport control to the departure area and follow the signs for the No1 Lounge which is located between WH Smiths and Next.
What is included in the price I have paid?
Entry fee includes a complimentary dish from a bistro style menu, soft drinks, plus teas and coffees. Also included in the entry fee is a wide selection of wine, beers and premium spirits. The lounge offers unlimited free WiFi and daily international newspapers and glossy magazines.
Is there a specific dress code?
Most lounges have a relaxed dress code, however No1 Lounges do request that you refrain from wearing sportswear (football shorts/ tracksuits), baseball caps, football shirts or items of clothing deemed to be offensive
Are children and infants accepted in the lounge?
Yes, they are. Passengers are however asked that children and infants are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please note: Infants under 2 years old do not pay to gain entry to the lounge.
