booking - flying with alternative carriers
As part of our continued expansion, we are pleased to be able to offer you a wider choice of routes. However, in order for us to be able to introduce new services quickly, it will be necessary for Monarch to operate a small number of flights on a carefully vetted alternative airline, on a temporary basis.
In these circumstances, the flight number will remain the same and pre-ordered food will still be available. You will be able to purchase snacks and drinks onboard, however tax free products will not be available.
When you book a flight with Monarch, normally you will fly on our aircraft. However, if your flight is to be operated by an alternative carrier, we will advise you in advance if possible, then again at check-in and as you board, as explained in our Terms and Conditions (paragraph nine).
When choosing a carrier to operate our flights, Monarch applies a strict criteria and uses an audit program that is regulated by the CAA.
We wish you an enjoyable flight.
