I can't find the destination I'm looking for in your booking drop-downs?

You might be looking for a Monarch charter route, in which case you should visit the charter booking site and search for your flights there.


can I make changes to my booking on line?

Yes, to change the date of your booking please click here. Date and name changes can be made online by clicking here. Alternatively, contact us and we'll make the changes for you.  View our current fees.


can I cancel my flight and receive a refund? Is there a charge for doing so?

All Monarchs scheduled flights (flight numbers starting ZB) are non-refundable, as clearly stated in the fare rules for every flight - which you have to accept before purchasing your flight. For charter flights (flight numbers starting MON) please contact your travel agent or tour operator for details.

However in the event that you cannot travel you can apply to claim back the taxes (i.e. Air Passenger Duty, Passenger Service Charge, Airport Departure Tax & Airport Handling Charge) applicable to your booking. Please note that the fuel surcharge is non-refundable. An administration charge of £25 (GBP) / €31.00 (EUR) per tax refund transaction (NOT per passenger) is payable.


where can I obtain an invoice for my flights?

A confirmation of travel/no show letter can be provided at a charge of £10/€12. Please contact our Pre-Flight Customer Services here.


is monarch.co.uk secure?

Yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that ensures that all of your credit card and personal data is encrypted. Your credit card is cleared in real time online.

The credit / debit card handling fee can be avoided by paying via Electron or Solo.


will I receive a ticket?

Monarch's scheduled flights are ticketless, so when you book (whether online, through our call centre or at a ticket desk in the airport) you will not receive a ticket. Instead, you will receive an itinerary that confirms the details of your booking, and gives you a booking reference. Please ensure that this itinerary, but particularly the booking reference, is presented at check-in.

Please note: If you book through a travel agent, you will most likely receive an itinerary and booking reference. However, some travel agents may still provide you with a traditional ticket that must be presented at check-in.


 

How can I receive a duplicate confirmation email?

This can be arranged by contacting us.


what options of payment do I have?

Only credit/debit card payments are accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cheque for any bookings (regardless of when you intend to travel). The credit / debit card handling fee can be avoided by paying via Electron.
