How to guides - How to change flight date, time or destination
Go to “Manage Flight Bookings”, select “Change a Flight”, fill in your email address used at time of booking and your flight booking reference and click “Find Booking”.
Your current flight details will be displayed, click “Change This Flight” and from here you will be able to change your flight dates or/and destination.
You will then be offered the option to select a new flight to change to.
Please note: you will only be able to select the same type of fare you have originally purchased, ie. Flight only, Essentials or Extras.
Before you proceed to the payment page, you will be given the choice to add extras to your booking such as meals and hold bags.
You will also be given the option to re-select your seats or add them to your booking. By doing so, you will be able to check in online free of charge.
You will then be taken to the Payment page, where your change will be priced up and your original contact details will be pre-populated however these can be amended should there be the need.
Enter your payment details and click “Confirm Booking”, you will then be presented with an updated itinerary of your booking.
