How to guides - How to check-in online
Go to “Manage Flight Bookings”, select “Check-In Online”, fill in your email address used at time of booking & your flight booking reference and click “Find Booking”.
Your current flight details will be displayed, and all passengers will have a “tick” next to their name. Should you not wish to check-in a particular passenger, please make sure you untick the box next to their name.
Please note: No changes can be made to your booking once you have checked-in.
Here you can choose between standard or extra-legroom seats for your party.
By doing the online check-in, passengers do not have to visit the standard check-in desk to have a seat assigned to them. It is therefore a requirement that you choose a seat before you proceed.
Once you have selected your seating arrangement, we will ask you for each passenger’s passport details. It is a requirement imposed by the UK Government to collect Advanced Passenger Information (API) details.
Please ensure that names and dates match exactly what it is stated on the passport.
During this step, you will be able to add any extras you may have forgotten to, such as hold bags, in-flight meals and airport extras.
We will then display a security screen which you will need to read and tick a box confirming that you accept the conditions displayed are true.
Your itinerary will then be displayed and you will need to scroll down to the “Passenger Details” section, where a link will be available for you to print your boarding passes.
