Website help - I can't see my flight booking in 'my account'

In order to see scheduled bookings in your account you must either log-in as you make your booking (once you've selected your flights) or create an account (specify a password) on the payment page as you make your booking. All bookings made using that account should then be accessible from 'my account'.

If you haven't logged in when you made your booking you can still look it up from the 'my account' page, but instead of logging in using your email address and password, you need to enter the email address used to make the booking and the booking reference number (enter this into the box at the bottom of the 'my account' page and leave the password box blank).
