Working with our Trade Partners - Travel Agents

As a valued Trade Partner you can choose from our entire network of flights to provide a wide variety of flight only or dynamically packaged options for your customers.

In order to act as a Monarch Airline's agent, under the ATOL Regulations, all travel businesses must act in accordance with a written agency agreement. Furthermore, all businesses acting as a Flight-Plus Arranger or selling packages that are put together by the business and where the holiday includes a Monarch flight must have their own ATOL.

If you wish to act as a Monarch Airline’s agent, please take the following steps in order to ensure your compliance with the ATOL Regulations:

Non ATOL Holders

Trade Partners who do not hold an ATOL licence, or who do not benefit from ATOL protection via an Accredited Body will still be able to sell flight only seats on behalf of Monarch on an instant purchase/instant pay basis under an Airline Ticket Agent Agreement.  Please note that under this agreement onward sale of the Airline flight only seat must be direct to consumers only.

ATOL Licence Holders

Agents who do hold an ATOL licence, or benefit from ATOL protection via an Accredited Body will be able to purchase both instant purchase/instant pay and deposited seats under a Seat Purchase Agreement for ATOL holders.

Thank you for your support.
