Cosmos Holidays Ltd is a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA membership no V0531) and licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL no 2275). ABTA and ATOL Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA's Code of Conduct. For further information about ABTA, the Code of Conduct and the arbitration scheme available to you if you have a complaint, visit www.abta.com. Except for holidays operated by Cosmos Coach Tours Limited (see below), air inclusive holidays and flights are protected by Cosmos Holidays Ltd ATOL. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.

For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. As stated below, touring holidays are operated by Cosmos Coach Tours Limited ("Cosmos Coach") which is also a member of ABTA (membership number V3031) and holds ATOL no 1082. All such holidays which include flights are protected by Cosmos Coach's ATOL as set out above. Where any such holiday does not include any flights, it is protected by Cosmos Coach's Federation of Tour Operator ("FTO") membership. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of Cosmos Coach, the FTO will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
