making a booking - special requests
Any special request should be advised to us at the time of booking with as much detail as possible. We will do our best to help. If your special request is vital to your holiday, it must be specifically agreed with us before or at the time you book your holiday. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If your special request can only be met at additional cost, that cost will either be invoiced to you prior to departure or must be settled by you directly with the supplier concerned, at the point of delivery.
