After collection your baggage & clearing customs & immigration, make your way to our representative’s desk in the Terminal where Monarch signage will be clearly visible. Our representative will explain your onward transfer arrangements, and give you details of your return transfer at the end of your holiday. You will also be provided with any contact details you may need for your stay.

Important Note for passengers travelling to Majorca – once you have collected your baggage, and cleared customs and immigration, you will find our representative located at the Viajes Urbis desk when you exit Gate B into the arrivals area of the Terminal next to Exit door 3.
