Our package holidays are operated by our sister company Cosmos Holidays. Resort Representatives are not available in all destinations, so you may not routinely be met on arrival. However, a Cosmos Holidays Representative, a local Agent or our 24-hour UK Duty office are only a phone call away should you require assistance. There are 2 types of overseas service:

• Cosmos Holidays Serviced Hotel which includes: Regular visits from your Cosmos Holidays Representative; Welcome meeting at the beginning of your holiday; 24-hour helpline; Full range of excursions available
• Cosmos Holidays Resort Service which includes: 24-hour helpline; Full range of excursions available

We may vary the level of service; this will not be treated as a significant change. You will be advised of any variation on arrival in resort. See “Booking Conditions” 7a & 7j and “Excursions”.
