Antalya is one of several destinations in Turkey that is becoming increasingly popular. Booking flights to Antalya can transport you to one of the most interesting and beautiful regions in Turkey, allowing you to experience all the benefits of beautiful beaches, clear waters, fascinating culture and a spectacular climate in one place.
Blessed with warm weather all year round, the city’s many beaches, lined with tall, shady palm trees, are one of the biggest reasons to book flights to Antalya. The city itself is a real treat to explore and the old quarter Kaleiçi is filled with fantastic buildings dating back to the 18th century. These narrow, winding streets are filled with old artifacts, tourist shops and quaint little restaurants. Natural scenery plays a big part in Antalya’s charm also, with the tremendous Taurus Mountains providing a striking backdrop to your holiday. In short, there’s history, culture, beauty and beaches - what more do you want out of a holiday?
"You must take a trip to Hierapolis & Pamukkale. Hierapolis is an ancient city that was built around the hot springs of Pamukkale. People have bathed in the thermal water for thousands of years and today the area is a world heritage site." Lewis, Cabin Crew

Antalya is Turkey’s largest beach resort so you spend days on the ultimate golden sands combined with visits to some of the unique cultural sites in and around the area.
The Kaleiçi old quarter is one of the highlights of any trip to Antalya and should be explored extensively. These tiny streets are crammed full of buildings of religious, historical and cultural significance and it makes for an interesting afternoon just to marvel at the array of architecture.
In days gone by, Antalya was considered a gateway city to the rest of Turkish Riviera. Now, it has certainly established itself as a holiday destination in its own right but its location does make it a great jumping-off point for this incredible part of the Mediterranean. Particularly popular trips include the Perge Ruins and the Duden Falls. The later is an example of a wonder water fall and you can take boat trips here to swim and view its magnificence. The latter is a site of old Roman city ruins where the theatre is still in remarkable condition. Further afield you will find Side, a Roman town that has since become a popular holiday destination. The town has two fine beaches, one which is lined by the majority of the resort’s hotels and the other, quieter beach that has a number of Roman ruins dotted about its sands.
