Villa Aris Introduction

With its hillside setting and great views down over Nissaki Bay and across the sea to Albania, the Villa Aris is excellent for a quiet holiday lazing in the sun. Moreover, the pretty gardens and trees that surround it make it feel nicely private, even though Nissaki beach and its tavernas are under a kilometre away down the road.

As for the villa itself, it occupies the first floor of a larger house, the rest of which is completely separate from your accommodation. You get your own entrance road to add to your independence and a private pool, solely for your use. Steps from the villa lead up to the pool, which lies on a rear terrace that shares in the panoramic sea views. A fenced-off children's pool sits alongside, as does a second, lower sunbathing terrace.

Inside, the Aris is simple and quaint, with fresh white walls, tiled floors and traditional furniture. The main living space houses an open-plan kitchen and sitting room furnished with a cushioned wicker sofa and armchairs, plus a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is newly fitted and is equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The living area leads into the two bedrooms, which are finished in the same quaint but comfortable style. Their best features, though, are doors leading onto a large, sea-facing terrace. Shaded from the sun, it provides yet another spot for enjoying the incredible views.
