Taking its name from the fragrant, pine-studded hillsides enveloping the resort, the traditional Greek village of Pefkos is the perfect retreat for couples and families in search of a relaxing break. Much of the activity here centres round the beach, and when you see it, you'll discover why! The sweeping crescent of soft white sands shelves gently into warm cerulean waters, providing the perfect environment for a selection of adrenaline-charged watersports, which you'll find readily available along the shore.
Away from the beach, the pace is somewhat slower than neighbouring Lindos, however an abundant supply of eateries ensures there is sure to be something within walking distance to satisfy your palate. A handful of inviting bars are on hand to cater for night owls, however those seeking a livelier pace are best served in vibrant Lindos, located just 4 kilometres along the scenic coastal road.
