You can spend 5 nights in the resort of Yllasjarvi where action-packed wintersport activities are high on the agenda. There are plenty of activities available to work off all that turkey and Christmas pud amidst the breathtaking scenery.

Itinerary

Day 1

28th December

Fly to Kittila where you’ll be transferred to your hotel and greeted with a welcome drink and dinner. Enjoy a relaxing evening and a good nights rest so you’re fighting fit for the morning, there are some serious outdoor pursuits on offer!

Day 2

29th December

A memorable day is in store. After breakfast enjoy a thrilling morning of toboggan rides, a reindeer and husky dog ride as well as snowmobiling in the beautiful snowy woodlands around Levi. Log fires and hot drinks will be served along the way to keep you warm.

The afternoon is entirely at your leisure, so you can choose to relax back at your hotel, or sample some of our optional trips following this morning’s taster sessions.

Day 3

30th December

Today is completely at leisure so why not make the most of the optional activities on offer like snowmobiling to the Ice Hotel? Or enjoy extended sessions of some of yesterdays activities?

Day 4

31st December

You have another day to do as you please so why not take advantage of some of the optional activities on offer, or perhaps try your hand at skiing? Be as action packed or as relaxed as you choose. On your penultimate night you can take part in a rousing sing song around roaring log fires in your snowy forest setting, whilst New Years Eve is all about our fantastic New Years Eve meal. The festivities and midnight countdown will make it a New Year to remember...

Day 5

New Years Day

Breakfast and check-out with the morning free for a final excursion or simply to recover from last night in front of a cosy log fire. After lunch leave for the airport and your flight home.

It's a wrap

It's a wrap! Our Lapland Adventures will take you deep into the Arctic Circle, so we've included a ski suit and boots for each of our customers. However, you still need to wrap up with plenty of warm layers, thermals, and cosy hats and gloves are musts.

Accommodation

Yllasjarvi is a traditional resort in a woodland setting. Surrounded by Yllas Fell, this resort offers a true, old-fashioned Lappish feel. Along with some of the longest ski slopes in the area, the village centre has a choice restaurants and bars for those relaxing Winter days. Activities like snowmobile rides, reindeer sleigh rides, sledging, ski facilities and optional snowmobile safaris and more are also available.
