Recent developments to flyMonarch.com include the addition of a new feature called 'My Monarch'. This allows our customers to easily access and amend a wide range of information related to their individual profile that builds up as they use the website.
'My Monarch' allows customers to subscribe to our e-mail news service, make amendments to their booking such as adding allocated seating, check in online (for MAN passengers only), and Vantage Club members can easily check the status of their account. Much more customer-based functionality is included within 'My Monarch' with more set to be added over the coming months.
"We wanted to centralise all our booking-related activity and give our customers one location where they will be able to find all the information they need to make changes or amendments to their profile," said Direct Marketing & E-Commerce Manager Catherine Kite. "My Monarch allows for far better interaction with us and also shifts the emphasis of using the website into a more personalised experience, which in turn makes it enjoyable for the customer and leads to better retention and repeat bookings."Previous Page
