Our new in-flight menu is now being served up on board Monarch's scheduled services until 31st January 2007. See below the delicious selection of meals and snacks you can enjoy every time you fly Monarch!

>ENGLISH BREAKFAST £5.00
Freshly cut fruit, blueberry muffin and orange juice. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns and tomato concasse.

HEALTHY BREAKFAST v £5.00
Freshly cut fruit and orange juice. Crunchy vegan bites, chive hash brown potatoes, tomato and mushroom puree.

LIGHT START v £3.00
Kellogg’s cornflakes served with milk, chocolate muffin and Kellogg’s bar(contents may vary).

PANINI £3.50
Full English breakfast panini.

>MAIN MEAL £6.00
Starter – Thai coriander pesto salad. Main course – Chicken breast with honey and mustard sauce, oven roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing and seasonal vegetables. Served with a bread roll and butter, cheese and biscuits and mini chocolate. Dessert – Lemon Cheesecake.

HEALTHY OPTION v £6.00
Starter – Orange juice. Main course – Thai green vegetable curry. Sweet potato and chick peas in a Thai spiced coconut cream sauce with fragrant rice and onion bhaji. Dessert – A plate of freshly cut fruit.

LIGHT OPTION v £3.50
Cheese and tomato panini.

SANDWICH OPTIONS v £3.50
A choice of either: Roast chicken, sweetcure bacon with mayonnaise on a white sub roll or double Gloucester, mature cheddar with pickle on malted wheat bloomer bread.

Sub special (December only) Roast chicken, paxo sage & onion stuffing and cranberry sauce on a white sub roll.

MAIN MEAL £6.00
Starter – Tomato and basil spiral pasta salad. Main course – Beef and onion casserole. Braised beef and baby onion in a rich red wine and thyme stock, garden leek and whole grain mustard mash, with parsley suet dumpling and parisienne carrots. Served with a bread roll and butter, cheese and biscuits and mini chocolate. Dessert – Chocolate duo Mousse.

HEALTHY OPTION v £6.00
Starter – Orange juice. Main course – Mushroom and broccoli pasta bake. Pasta twists baked in a rich cream sauce of flat cap and porcini mushrooms, sun dried tomato and red pimento concasse with broccoli florets. Dessert - A plate of freshly cut fruit.

LIGHT OPTION v £3.50
Cheese and tomato panini.

SANDWICH OPTIONS v £3.50
