According to a Bulgaria Holiday Rental market analysis by RentByOwnerBg, holidaymakers can opt for wine and culture during their holiday in the country, visiting cultural landmarks and monasteries.
Traditional food in Bulgaria includes Shopska salad, kebapcheta and kavarma, with a selection of restaurants offering a traditional taste of the country.
Other popular types of holidays in Bulgaria are seaside breaks, with Sunny Beach being the most visited resort n the coast, promising 1,700 hours of sunshine between May and October.
Children on holidays in Sunny Beach can enjoy activities such as fairground rides, carting, horse riding and bouncy castles, the resort's website promises.
Nature lovers may prefer the mountains for hikes and ski holidays, in the main ski holiday resort of Bansko. Borovets and Pamporovo are also easy to reach popular ski holiday destinations.
