South Africa is hosting a surf festival in September which promises to provide antics and entertainment for beach bums and babes.
Sponsored by Vodacom, the Springbreak festival kicks off on September 22nd and lasts until the 30th at Sun City, providing a week's worth of holiday fun for lucky tourists, Global Surf News reports.
Daring water sports fans can take to their jet-skis and join in the fun or check out the waves with surfing and water rides likely to be the main highlights of the event.
Vodacoms executive head of communications Palesa Chabula commented: "This is the seventh consecutive year that Vodacom is sponsoring the festival ensuring that the Valley of Waves is alive with world class extreme sports action, sunset beach parties, beach games and dance events."
Land lovers can also get involved with the bikini competition, the climbing wall and touch rugby.
Sports fans will be pleased to find that theTwenty20 World Cup takes place in Cape Town South Africa at the end of September.
