At Monarch we want to save you time shopping from travel website to travel website to find the cheapest price. When you shop at Monarch, you are not paying commission to a middleman or online supermarket and we're confident that our prices cannot be beaten.
Our Price Match challenge is simple, if, on the same day as booking with Monarch Hotels, you find a hotel on sale and available on another UK based travel agency website at a cheaper total price, we will refund the difference to you.
Terms and Conditions of price match challenge
1) The same accommodation must be on sale and available via a website or call centre and we must be able to verify this online
2) The price match claim must be made on the same day of purchase/planned purchase
3) All elements of the booking must be identical (eg, same duration, same party size, same room type, same board basis) and must include any transaction fees (eg credit or debit card charges)
4) The price you are asking to match must be in the same currency (ie £)
5) The accommodation you are asking us to price match must not include in its price any discounts for use of vouchers or coupons.
6) We only match against ABTA bonded travel agents
7) The price match does not apply to group quotes that cannot be verified online by ourselves
8) The price match is available through www.monarch.co.uk/hotels tab on our website where accommodation has been purchased independently
9) The lead name on the booking must be the claimant
To request a price match
10) Contact us on admin@monarchhotels.co.uk on the same day of purchase
11) In your email, include your booking reference and a URL of the website page that contains the cheaper price. If you are unable to send the URL, please send as an attachment a screen shot of the final booking page which includes details of any transaction fees. We will then verify its availability
12) All evidence must be received on day of purchase.
13) We will review the details of your Price Match request and reply to you by email within 7 working days. Refunds will be re-credited to the original card used to make your purchase within 14 days of your initial purchase. Where only a deposit has been made, we will deduct the difference from your outstanding balance rather than re-credit you
