Villa Antonio Introduction

Anyone wanting to enjoy Albufeira to the full will appreciate this recently refurbished family villa. Standing in pretty paved gardens and easily accessible from a main road, it is just over two kilometres from the lively Montechoro area and within ten minutes drive of the Algarve Shopping mall with its designer stores, restaurants and English-language cinema. Bars and restaurants are located within 500 metres and Albufeira’s sandy beaches and centre are also a short drive away.

The recent revamping of the interior has created a welcoming and comfortable home. Approached by a gated driveway, the front entrance opens onto a marble staircase to the upper floor. Neutral décor and an attractive sitting-dining area with a corner fireplace add to the relaxed style, whilst a functional adequately-equipped kitchen is perfect for guests wanting to cater for themselves. Upstairs, another nice touch comes from a shaded first-floor balcony accessed from all the bedrooms and offering pleasant views.

Below the balcony, the sitting-dining area flows onto a shady terrace ideal for late breakfasts and long lunches. This in turn leads to the main paved area of the garden where a good-sized pool, leafy shrubbery, planted containers and small trees create an enjoyable spot for relaxing on sunny days.
