The Villa Olive combines refreshingly modern design with the tranquillity of a beautiful garden and large pool. Add to this its perfect position in a quiet residential neighbourhood just a short walk from restaurants and a supermarket and with a golf course and beach nearby, and it offers some real plus points. The convenient location makes getting out and about easy. Hiring a car is an option should you fancy exploring, but it's not essential.

The property offers a unique design both inside and out. The four bedrooms - two double and two twin rooms - are brightly and simply furnished. Three bathrooms, each with a bath or shower, make life easy, too. Downstairs, the spacious kitchen has all the facilities you need, including a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. Walk into the open-plan lounge and dining area and, again, modern furnishings and satellite TV make things nicely comfortable and welcoming.

Outside, the design of the property really comes to the fore, with a striking, tall tower next to the L-shaped pool accommodating both an outdoor shower for refreshing yourself after dips and a fully equipped barbecue. Immediately beyond the pool is an attractive garden with trees and shrubs where you can walk, read and relax, while nearer the villa are sunloungers and a wide, covered patio with a table and chairs. This makes a wonderful setting for sharing a meal and demonstrates the real attention to detail and care that has gone into the house.
