Cosmos Holidays Plc is the UK's largest independent tour operator, providing pre-packaged and dynamically packaged holidays to the public and via the travel trade. Monarch Hotels is a trading name of somewhere2stay Limited, an accommodation-only provider offering a wide selection of hotels, apartments and villas right across the world. Avro Flights is a trading name of Avro Plc which sells seats on Monarch Airlines charter flights directly to the public (via the Monarch.co.uk website) and via the travel trade.

The Monarch.co.uk website is owned, managed and operated by Monarch. Where the terms "we", "us" or "our" are used in this privacy policy this means Monarch or a specific Monarch company as the context dictates and where the terms "you" or "your" are used this means you and the members of your booking party.
