St Anton Ski Resort

St. Anton is a live-wire of a resort that pulses with undiluted energy and enthusiasm. The mountain is a Mecca for off-piste skiing, attracting seasonaires, Scandinavians and Brits who live for the snow… and love to party.

If the Austrian mountains were a group of mates, St. Anton would be the first to buy the shots at the bar, and when it comes to bars, the resort is positively glowing with them - from international après ski-phenomena Krazy Kangaruh and the Mooserwirt to Scotty's and Pub 37. But don't be put off by tales of late nights and hectic slopes (some pistes can get busy). St. Anton town has retained its traditional Tirolean charm and there's a feast of terrain for hungry (adventurous) intermediates and experts.

To make the most of the resort and it's obscenely good snow record hire a mountain guide – especially if you're a powder seeker.
