Villa Leal Introduction

If you are looking for a charming property close to amenities without being noisy, the Villa Leal is perfect. Situated in a quiet residential district on the outskirts of Calahonda, this appealing villa combines a lovely pool area with homley accommodation. Cocooned in gardens, the villa stands just a short stroll from restaurants, shops and bars, so going out for a drink or meal is incredibly easy. The centre of Calahonda with its supermarket and a little parade of shops is only three kilometres away, and if you can drag yourself away from the garden and poolside a twenty-minute walk brings you to the nearest sandy beach.

The villa is used by its owners from time to time, so has a pleasant home-away-from-home feel. Step inside the front door and you are met by bright and airy interiors, mostly all finished in crisp white to add to the light, cheerful and modern ambience. The well-equipped kitchen, for example, is kitted out with wood varnished units, while the lounge and dining room is furnished with leather sofas. Large patio doors leading out to the garden complete the effect, ushering in lots of natural light. The three attractive bedrooms all feature crisp, white décor, as well.

Most people will naturally want to spend most of their time outdoors, and the outside of Villa Leal is a perfect place for letting the hours slip away. A feeling of calm reigns supreme in the gardens, thanks to the large lawns and bordering high hedges, which create a sense of being closed off from the world. There are three showpieces here - the good-sized, rectangular pool lined by sunloungers, an outside pool table and a pretty, shaded courtyard area, accessed directly from the lounge and kitchen. Peaceful and cool, it makes the perfect venue for alfresco meals cooked on the barbecue.
