holiday booking terms
Monarch Holidays is a trading name of Cosmos Holidays Ltd. Please read these booking conditions carefully. We want to ensure two things happen when you choose to book a holiday with us. First, we want you to book the holiday that's right for you. Secondly, we want you to enjoy a memorable holiday, which provides you with good value for money. The Booking Conditions spell out our obligations to you and your commitments to us when you book a holiday with us and together with the information found under the Essential Information section forms the basis of our contract with you. Where in these Booking Conditions we refer to "we", "us" and "our", this means Cosmos Holidays Ltd trading as Monarch Holidays and Monarch. References to 'you' and 'your' means all persons (or any of them) named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later stage).
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, these Booking Conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us in the UK and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these Booking Conditions to "holiday", "booking", "contract", "package", "tour" or "arrangements" means such holiday arrangements.
